Dear Parents,

Beginning Nov. 12th there will be a Children’s Introduction to Martial Arts class held on Wednesdays directly after school at Tuskawilla Montessori Academy.  This once a week class will begin at 2:15pm and end at 3:00pm.  The program will conclude on Wednesday Dec. 17th with a belt ceremony and graduation.

The course topics will cover Stranger Danger, Anti-Bullying Tactics, Nutrition, Goal Setting and Physical Fitness for Life. In every class, the children will get exercise, learn basic self-defense techniques from both TaeKwonDo and Kung-fu, and even learn Korean terminology. They will also learn the martial art’s philosophy of courtesy, integrity, self-control, perseverance and indomitable spirit.

At the end of the program, graduates will receive their first martial art belt, rank, and uniform. The cost of the course is $85, which includes a uniform and belt at graduation.  The first class is free for your child to try.  Children ages 4 to 11 are encouraged to participate.  For further information please contact me at (407) 716-3716.

Respectfully,
